Ms. Céline Moyroud is the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Tunisia. She has worked for UNDP for 19 years, and has a long and diverse experience, working at the global, regional and country levels, including most recently in Lebanon, where she served as Resident Representative. She holds a Master's degree in International Conflict Analysis and speaks French, English and Spanish.
