I have 20 years of experience in international relations and development cooperation, mostly working for the European Union on Middle Eastern affairs. Prior to that, I covered different functions in the United Nations and the Italian Development Cooperation mainly in Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa. Main fields of expertise: climate change, energy, development cooperation and programme management, sustainable finance and relations with IFIs. I have two master degrees in International Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility and an academic background in Economics and Business Administration. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and have a working knowledge of French and Arabic.
