Mr. Neji El GHANDRI

Mr. Ghandri graduated from the National School of Computer Science (ENSI), after obtaining an engineering degree in Computer Science in 1997.
During his 24 years of professional experience in the top management of Amen Bank, he successfully led the implementation of Amen Bank's Information System, its digitalization strategy to invent the bank of tomorrow, not to mention the complete overhaul of the International and financing businesses.
In addition, Mr. Ghandri modernized the management of the various businesses and ensured the steering of the Bank's organizational transformation program (NEXT project), with the main objectives of diversifying Amen Bank's activity and sources of income, meeting customer expectations, ensuring good quality of services, guaranteeing a fine assessment of risks and controlling costs by focusing on digitalization.
Furthermore, Mr. Néji Ghandri was also a leading player in strategic projects around the modernization of the Tunisian banking sector and risk management, namely: banking telecompensation, electronic banking, the institutional strengthening plan of the Bank (led by SFI) in terms of governance and risk management.
