Mr. Abdelkader BACCOUCHE
BACCOUCHE Abdelkader is a senior expert who has been working in the field of renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable development at the Agence Nationale pour la Maîtrise de l’Énergie since 2001.
In addition to his national diploma in process engineering from the Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieur de Gabès (ENIG), obtained in 2001, he has held a university diploma (equivalent to a master’s degree) entitled ‘Expert Trainer in Building Energy Performance and Active Solar Energy’ from the Université de Savoie, France and the Institut National de l’Energie Solaire, France, since 2012, and a EUREM diploma, European Energy Manager, obtained in 2007.
In addition, he is an IRCA®, Third Party Auditor, ISO 50001, Energy Management System, and EVO CMVP® certified professional in the International Energy Measurement and Verification Protocol. He is also a RENAC® Berlin (Renewable Energy Academy) certified expert trainer in the field of solar thermal energy.
After having been head of several energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in the industry and building sectors, also head of unit in charge of the national programme for the Promotion of Collective Solar Energy, PROSOL Collectif, for 12 years and acting director of the Mediterranean Renewable Energy Centre, MEDREC, he is currently Director of Energy Efficiency in the Building Sector since April 2021, within the Agence Nationale pour la Maîtrise de l’Énergie.
Mr Baccouche is a specialist in project and programme management, fund-raising, residential and collective solar thermal energy, photovoltaic solar energy, energy efficiency in industry, energy efficiency in the building sector, strategic studies, consultancy and technical assistance for ME project sponsors (industrialists, hoteliers, local authorities and financial backers, etc.), seminar moderation, technical assistance for ME projects and the development of energy efficiency projects. ), Seminar Moderation, Training Design and Delivery, Operational Planning, Conflict Management, Green Financing and Sustainable Development’.
